- Application materials: your CV/resume, cover letters, job preferences, visa/work-permit status, and experience level.
- Communications: messages you send us via email, WhatsApp, or our intake forms, and records of calls we schedule with you.
- Usage information from our website and dashboard, such as pages visited, used only to keep the service running and secure.
How we use your information
- To match you with relevant job listings and submit applications on your behalf.
- To send cold emails and LinkedIn follow-ups to hiring managers/HR contacts on your behalf, as part of the service you've signed up for.
- To communicate with you about your applications, your subscription, and service updates.
- To improve and troubleshoot our service.
Sharing your information
We share your CV and application details only with employers and recruiters as part of submitting job applications on your behalf. We do not sell your personal data. We may share limited information with service providers who help us run the platform (e.g. hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as you are an active subscriber, and for a reasonable period afterward in case you return or to meet legal/accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop processing it, by emailing info@applyhand.com. If you are in the EU/EEA, this is in line with your rights under the GDPR.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
