These Terms govern your use of ApplyHand's job-application service ("Service"). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What we do
ApplyHand finds job listings matching your profile using AI, and a human case manager reviews and submits applications on your behalf, including sending follow-up outreach to hiring contacts (email and LinkedIn) where appropriate. We also give you a dashboard to track the status of your applications.
What we don't guarantee
We do not guarantee interviews, job offers, or any specific outcome. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers. Our commitment is to apply consistently and professionally on your behalf, using the information you provide.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate, up-to-date information (CV, experience, visa/work-permit status, preferences).
- Respond to interview invitations and recruiter messages promptly — we'll notify you, but follow-through from there is yours.
- Keep upskilling and preparing for interviews; the subscription covers applications and outreach, not interview coaching unless separately agreed.
Subscription and payment
The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing and billing frequency are as communicated to you at sign-up. You can cancel future renewals at any time by contacting us; cancellation does not retroactively refund the current billing period except as set out in our Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to provide false information, impersonate another person, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ApplyHand is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service, including loss of employment opportunities.
Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may update these Terms or change the Service from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
