What our AI + human process actually does

"AI applies for you" sounds like a black box, so here is exactly what happens between you signing up and a recruiter seeing your name — six steps, two engines, one goal: applications that actually land.

1. Tell us your goal

We start with a short intake: your CV, the roles you are targeting, your experience level, visa or Stamp status, and which categories you want us focused on. This is the only manual step on your side — everything after this runs without you lifting a finger.

2. AI finds the matches

Our system continuously scans job boards and company career pages for roles that fit your profile — category, seniority, and eligibility (fresher-friendly, Stamp 1G, experienced, whatever applies to you). This is the volume engine: it can look at far more listings, far faster, than any person could.

3. A human tailors and applies

This is where most "AI apply" tools stop — and where we do not. Every match the AI surfaces is reviewed by a real case manager on our team, who checks it actually fits, adjusts your CV and application answers for that specific role, and submits it properly. No mass-blasting the same generic application at everything with a pulse.

4. Cold email to the HR

The moment an application goes in, we send a short, direct email to the hiring manager or HR contact for that role, where we can find one. The goal is simple: make sure a real person sees your name, not just an ATS filter.

5. LinkedIn follow-up

A day or two later, we follow up with a LinkedIn message to the same contact. Two touchpoints, two channels, same message: you applied, and you are a serious candidate worth a look.

6. It lands on your dashboard

Every application we send — the listing, when it went out, whether we emailed or messaged HR — shows up on your dashboard. You always know exactly what has gone out under your name, with no guessing.

Why both engines, and not just one

AI alone gives you volume without judgement — applications that look automated because they are. A human alone gives you judgement without volume — a handful of careful applications a week, when the market often rewards consistency. Put together, you get both: a steady, daily stream of applications that are actually tailored, followed up on, and tracked.

That is the whole process. No dashboard logins to manage, no job boards to refresh — just a result you can check in on whenever you want.
